  • Checking and verifying all bills and invoices received from suppliers, Payment Advice and check for authorized signatory before dispatch to suppliers
  • Verifies all Journal entries and making notion entries for postings to General Ledger
  • Verifies all DC Journals submitted by Income, AR and Chief/General Cashier are promptly and timely prepared accordingly to time schedule givens
  • To assist in preparation of monthly Financial Statement and ensures the accuracy of the Statement produced.
  • Prepare the daily Bank Balance report to head office and maintain an appropriate bank balance.


  • Diploma holder in Hospitality or Accounts
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Proactive and well organized with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently detailed-oriented and good time management
