Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

  •        Handle daily accounting operations including checking, prepare vouchers, inputting accounting transactions and update bank account transactions
  •        Prepare monthly management account with breakdown schedules, bank reconciliation and year-end audit schedules
  •        Manage accounts payable and receivable
  •        Assist in preparing analysis report of the Group’s project investment
  •        Provide administrative supports and secretarial support to division daily operations
  •        Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

  •        Diploma holder of Accounting
  •        LCC  higher level or above
  •        2 – 3 years experience in handling full set of accounts with stable working history
  •        Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. Excel, Word Processing
  •        Solid experience in Flex Account is definitely advantage
  •        Independent, self-motivated, good communications skills, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  •        Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  •        Immediately available is preferred
