Assistant Accountant

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and daily accounting entries.
  • Perform general and daily accounting functions including but not limited to data entries, vouchers and cheques preparation, accounts receivables and payables.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and analysis reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
  • Provide clerical support to the superior.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in PC application, e.g. Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
