Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operation of project companies and month-end closing including financial statements, reconciliation and notes to accounts
- Prepare management reports, cashflow projections, project profits analysis, etc.
- Assist in statutory reporting and annual auditing exercise
- Work collaboratively with various teams to collect/review financial information
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related disciplines with at least 5 years’ full set accounting/audit experience
- Experience in property development industry will be an advantage
- Attentive to details, well organized, able to meet deadlines and always strive for improvements
- Able to build solid and effective working relationships with others
- Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience in Oracle or other ERP system
- Good command of written English is essential
- Final candidates of professional accounting bodies will also be considered
