Assistant Accountant/Administration Supervisor
Job Matcher Job Description:
- Prepare monthly group statistics report
- Monthly account balance reconciliation, account receivables/payables
- Consolidate monthly report for overseas subsidiaries
- Daily routines of accounting work
- Daily routines of administration work
- Assist ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in consolidated reporting
- Knowledge in China accounting is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in use of computerized accounting software, Excel, MS Words, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
