Assistant Accountant/Administration Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly group statistics report
  • Monthly account balance reconciliation, account receivables/payables
  • Consolidate monthly report for overseas subsidiaries
  • Daily routines of accounting work
  • Daily routines of administration work
  • Assist ad-hoc assignment as required

           

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in consolidated reporting 
  • Knowledge in China accounting is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, independent & able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in use of computerized accounting software, Excel, MS Words, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
