Assistant Accounting Manager

We are a well-established property leasing, management and investment company located in Wanchai-Admiralty area, now inviting an experienced candidate for the position of Assistant Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day finance and accounting operation;
• Prepare consolidated group accounts as well as management accounts;
• Periodic and ad hoc management reporting;
• Prepare annual budget papers and presentation;
• Liaise with external auditor and handle taxation matters;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required. 

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance or qualified member of an Accounting Body;
• At least 4 years of corporate accounting experience;
• Analytical mind, detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Solid experience in Flex System is MUST;
• Initiative, deadline and result oriented, work independently;
• Team player and good communicator.
