  • Provide support to Accounting Manager and supervise the team in performing daily accounting functions
  • Full-set finance and accounting duties
  • Responsible in AR, AP, GL, and other financial accounting operations
  • Prepare month end and year end closing with breakdowns and schedules
  • Assist in preparing financial performance analysis on reports/projects
  • Work with accounting manager on ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Communicate between various departments ;
  • Liaise with auditors for external and internal audits
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Other ad hoc reports, stock take and/or projects as per required


  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Finance/ Accounting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skill and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, including Pivot Table, V-lookup etc.;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • A good team player, highly analytical, independent and self-driven;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written)
  • Proactive, dynamic and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in working with ERP Dynamic 365 is an advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
