Assistant Accounting/HR Administration Manager

To provide direct and key support to the accounting finance & HR admin team on all round administrative tasks

Job Responsibilties:

  • Experience in handling full set of accounts and supervising a small team to perform daily accounting functions
  • Monitor cash flow position and fund transfer duties
  • Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements and management reports
  • Handle HR and company secretarial matters
  • Liaise with auditors and handle tax reporting matters
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Qualified accountant is an advantage
  • At least 5 years hands-on accounting and supervising experiences
  • Proficiency in MS applications, experience in MYOB is preferred
  • Self-initiative and detail-minded, able to work independently to meet deadlines
