We also play a key role in driving robust service culture by managing customer feedback and incidents to ensure service delivery excellence, as well as providing consistent and strong operational support to our business partners on procurement management, financial planning and knowledge management.

Should you join our Risk and Administration function, you will contribute in driving continuous quality improvement to increase business partner and customer satisfaction. You will have opportunity to take part in formulating internal control strategy and fostering an effective risk and control environment. You will work closely with various departments to understand their operational and procurement needs, so as to structure comprehensive solutions to aid them to operate efficiently and excellently.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Accounts Payable Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Monitor the accounts payable control activities and maintain the accuracy on payment applications to align with the bank’s policies and procedures
  • Support team lead to manage end-to-end accounts payable and fixed assets management process, payment risk management, MI report preparation
  • Play a key role to monitor offshore Accounts Payable team and maintain a high initiative to drive for project implementation and system enhancement.
  • Ensure the team’s operations in alignment with global standards as well as accounts payable policies and procedures who should able to maintain a well communication skill with all levels
  • Provide guidance to Business/user departments and other stakeholders to ensure requirements of payments are fully understood and monitor compliance with the policies, in dealing with vendors for invoice settlement
  • Participate in projects as required, e.g. system enhancement


  • University degree in Business and Accounting or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, with strong knowledge in accounts payable process and standard payments requirement
  • Attentiveness to details, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of application software such as Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Has strong attentiveness to details and able to work under pressure
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
