Assistant Admin & HR Manager (JC011)

Our client is a fast-growing company now looking for high quality candidate to join their team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in responsible for recruitment, compensation & benefit, training and development, staff relations, and etc
  • Responsible for payroll functions such as preparing monthly payrolls, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters
  • Identify and source new recruitment channels and build an international talent pool for recruitment needs
  • Review and implement HR strategies for business expansion and take part in business planning (recruitment, preparation of employment contracts, employment visa applications, job descriptions, new staff orientation, staff training and development, performance management /career planning and organizational restructuring, etc)
  • Interpret and advise on employment law
  • Prepare HR analytic reports for Management review
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and attrition levels and assists in developing strategies and employee-centered programs and activities to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for information disclosure and communication on behalf of the company

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sizable companies
  • 2 years in a supervisory role is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in implementing SME company & HR strategy
  • Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and China labor law, MPF Scheme and other statutory regulations related to human resources
  • Strong analytical, project management and organisation skills
  • A good team player, mature, self-motivated and independent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with employees at all levels of the organisation and in representing the company with outside audiences
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available or short notice
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Manager
