The Assistant Admin Manager will be supervising a team of 10 to enhance the workplace procedure and environment, and to develop an efficient administration system.

Client Details

Our client is a MNC exporter/ manufacturer, whom work closely with brands such as Muji, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger etc. They have offices across the world with around 50,000 employees and have multiple factories in China.


  • Work closely with management team and the administration team to ensure smooth and efficient office operation
  • Supervise the administration team of 10 such as receptionist, admin officer, amah etc.
  • Formulate and implement administration policy, work instructions and manuals to improve operational efficiency and streamline the work flow of administration process
  • Act as the point of contact to liaise with vendors, such as review and renew services agreement, to ensure the compliance of Company's requirements
  • Provide full range of office administrative service such as office supplies sourcing and maintenance & repair
  • Responsible for large and small scale of relocations and renovations within the company
  • Maintain quality of service of Administration department to improve workplace area
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating company events, luncheons, meetings, activities or other admin projects


  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive, self-motivated and flexible
  • Good Commend of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
