Assistant Administration and Personnel Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and office supplies procurement
  • Monitor corporate workflow procedures and processes
  • Be fully responsible and to be proactive for all aspects of Company operations, and to provide solutions and recommendations to management
  • Handle office renovation and relocation projects
  • Source, monitor and review vendor service and contracts
  • Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned by management

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of Administration & Human Resources experience gained with well-structured organization, with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Experience in hiring and HR management of staff of all levels (office managerial staff; clerical staff; Operations/Warehouse/Logistics staff incl. driver, porters, workers)
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance, China Labour Law, tax laws and other regulatory practices
  • Analytical & detail-minded, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written/spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Excellent and practical computer skills expected
  • Work in HK, Macau and China offices when require to oversee operations of the Group
