Assistant Administration Manager (Operations Support)

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to frontline operations
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance work of current outlets
  • Lead a small team to perform daily administrative services including but not limited to support the opening and renovation of new shops, overall system supports, follow up with licenses status and expenses control, etc.
  • Review and maintain Operations’ SOP and ensure same standard is applied across the shops
  • Act as communication channel with other internal departments
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in catering & hospitality industry with at least 5 years in supervisory level
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Good team spirit & ambition, responsible and resilience
  • Excellent customer service attitude and familiar with the workflows in catering service
  • Proficient in MS Office, Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good commands of both written and spoken Chinese and English
