Assistant Administration Manager

Our client is a sizable and listed company in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide full spectrum of office administration services and management to the office (include pool car, catering, reception and etc.)
  • Procurement of office supplies, equipment & inventory control
  • Plan and draft layout plans, supervise renovation and relocation projects
  • Monitor telecommunication equipment, office security system, staff access control and warehouse management
  • Prepare annual administration budgets, monitor and control expenses
  • Establish and implement administration policies and guidelines
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects and company events

Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 10 years office administration experience in large scale corporations
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure and time constraint
