Duties

  • Coordinate financial assistant from the Government
  • Handle outstanding tuition fee
  • Support production of official academic documents
  • Provide counter service
  • Support information management
  • Answer hotline and email enquiries
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Arts, English or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Skills in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • A team player with pleasant personality and good organizational skills
