The role:

The Assistant Administration Officer is responsible to compile various corporate KPIs and TD (Transport Dept) reports, assist in administration & documentation, contract and project management, and provide assistance in application testing.

  • Consolidate the input from internal departments to compile the corporate KPIs and TD (Transport Dept) reports
  • Identify the abnormal changes of the KPIs and investigate the reasons
  • Perform department administration
  • Assist the automation process of report compilation
  • Proper file and record management of the projects
  • Prepare training material of applications and systems for users
  • Perform test & commissioning and arrange rollout


Skills and attributes:

  • High Diploma or Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
  • 2 years of administration experience preferred
  • Comfortable to work with abundance of data
  • Self-motivated, good time management and able to work under pressure
  • Attentive to details, well organized, multi-tasking and good interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
