Assistant Administrative Manager (1 year contract)

  • Responsible for providing overall administrative and secretarial support
  • Carry out general receptionist duties which include greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and correspondences and other office administrative duties
  • Assist to deliver outgoing and distributing incoming mail and parcels
  • Diploma or above with minimum 5 years relevant experience in sizeable organization
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility
     

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
