Job Function:

  1. Provide assistance and support to Managing Director.
  2. Provide administrative support for the Group.
  3. Manage and monitor daily operation of offshore office.
  4. Handle administrative work related to property acquisition and management.
  5. Liaise with internal and external parties on business proactively and independently.
  6. Schedule meetings, travel arrangements and handle business correspondence in a professional manner.
  7. Coordinate activities and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks whenever necessary.

 Requirements:

  • Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above, knowledge of property market/management will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded, results-oriented, well-organized
  • Be responsible and Independent
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Helpful, energetic and cheerful team player;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
