Assistant Administrative Officer (Adm & HR)

Major Duties:

  • Provide overall support to Adm & HR Department
  • Assist in handling company insurance, training, orientation, etc
  • Assist to implement HR policies and handle enquiries from staff
  • Ensure all human resources activities such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, resignations and terminations are appropriately executed
  • Perform full employment cycle, including recruitment, staff movement, staff records maintenance, etc
  • Prepare reports for analysis in timely and accurate manner
  • Take meeting minutes and draft letters to staff and government departments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Related working experience in HR field preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, people & detail-oriented and independent.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC applications, esp. knowledge in HR database, MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-processing
