Job Descriptions:

  • Handle general office administrative duties and provide clerical support to the team;
  • Handle incoming phone calls / faxes and email correspondences;
  • Plan and coordinate office moves and/or minor renovation projects.
  • Plan the acquisition and maintenance of telephone lines;
  • Handle application of Business Registration Certificates;
  • Provide support to other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • F.5 / DSE or above;
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skill, well organized and self-motivated with team spirit;
  • Valid driving license is preferred
