Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and procurement functions
  • Provide a full range of administrative support including not limited to license renewal, fixed assets administration and equipment maintenance
  • Follow through with contractor on renovation and relocation projects
  • Review and set up administration workflow and execute internal document control
  • General reception duties including handling incoming inquiries, and to greet visits in a professional manner
  • Maintain stock and procurement of laboratory supplies, stationery, water, and other office supplies
  • Maintain a hygienic and safe office space by coordinating with the cleaning lady, vendors and contractors
  • Provide other administrative support to the office and retail outlets
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-minded with 'Can Do' attitude
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
