Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with all parties to understand the business processes, user’s requirements and software solution design
  • To act as the key bridge between users and technical teams
  • To assist the software and project team in software deployment
  • To conduct testing with users and collect feedback
  • To take ownership on issues and delegate responsibilities to IT teams
  • To work closely with the technical teams to prioritise the change requests
  • To analyse and identify areas of improvement based on support issues and user’s feedback
  • To provide training and support of company’s applications to internal and external users


Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • 5-7 years or above user management and application support experience
  • Knowledge with project implementation and support; technical experience would be an advantage
  • Strong business sense; understanding of apparel and sourcing business is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good documentation skills and experience with defining process
  • Customer and service oriented
  • Self-motivated, independent, well-organised and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English; good command of Mandarin
