The Department

To ensure land lease compliance, the Asset Compliance Team is responsible for the District Land Office (“DLO") Master Layout Plan (“MLP") preparation and submission, Building Department (“BD") General Building Plan (“GBP") submission coordination, BD Minor Works monitoring, BD Unauthorized Building Works (UBW) monitoring, tree preservation related DLO submission & monitoring, car parking space record management, and lot boundary updating for Shatin Racecourse, Happy Valley Racecourse, Happy Valley Clubhouse & Sports Complex, Beas River Country Club, HV Blue Pool Road Quarters, and Public Riding Schools.  The Asset Compliance Team’s scopes also extend to licensing management and land lease compliance monitoring in the coming years.  Therefore, a staff with relevant experience in government submission is required to support the Senior Manager.

The Job

  • Assist the Senior Manager to prepare master layout plan, coordinate DLO submission and approval
  • Coordinate with property project management and facilities management teams for GBP submissions
  • Coordiante with property project management & facilities management teams and user departments for tree management
  • Manage and supervise term tree management consultant for DLO submission
  • Coordinate with property development management, project management and facilities management teams to prepare licensing submission documents
  • Supervise term licensing consultant for licensing applications
  • Coordinate and monitor land lease compliance checking
  • Manage asset compliance database

 

About You

  • University degree in Surveying (Building Survey)
  • Qualified Building Surveyor with professional qualification of MHKIS (BS) with at least two years post-qualification working experience
  • Familiar with Government Submission requirements and processes of the HKSAR
  • MS Office, MS Project
  • Knowledge on Government Submission requirements and procedures of PlanD, BD and DLO.
  • Knowledge on the requirements under the Buildings Ordinance and related Regulations
  • Knowledge on Land Lease Conditions and requirements
  • Knowledge on licensing requirements

 

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A temporary employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
