Assisting in managing clients’ investment portfolio with the relevant financial analysis

Assisting/Leading team in carrying out statutory audit

Assisting in carrying out pre-IPO and reorganization exercise projects under team leader’s coaching

Assisting in tax and compliance advisory services

Providing tax ad-hoc project advisory services to clients

Performing due diligence work for M&A projects

    Job requirements

Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy, other discipline will also be considered

3-5 years audit experience

Self-motivated and able to handle work independently

Mature, good communication and interpersonal skills

Good in both spoken and written English and Mandarin /Chinese

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

Experienced in IPO or due diligence or tax work is NOT a must

Occasional travel is required

Believe in cultivating clients’ relationship
