You will:

  • assist the Banquet Services Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the meeting rooms and the main function room in our Sha Tin Clubhouse including staff rostering and training, functions set up, daily administration and budget control
  • work closely with the Catering and Events Manager and Executive Chef to provide quality food and services to Members and their guests
  • establish and maintain good Members relations
  • create new ideas and recommend changes to improve the service standard for various functions
  • adopt sound part time staff management to ensure the highest service quality, productivity and cost effectiveness are achieved

You should have:

  • substantial relevant experience in hotels, clubs or a sizeable catering establishment with at least 1 year in similar position
  • excellent people management skills include solid connections on hiring high quality part time staff
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
  • hands-on experience of using MS Office application
