assist the Banquet Services Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the meeting rooms and the main function room in our Sha Tin Clubhouse including staff rostering and training, functions set up, daily administration and budget control
work closely with the Catering and Events Manager and Executive Chef to provide quality food and services to Members and their guests
establish and maintain good Members relations
create new ideas and recommend changes to improve the service standard for various functions
adopt sound part time staff management to ensure the highest service quality, productivity and cost effectiveness are achieved
You should have:
substantial relevant experience in hotels, clubs or a sizeable catering establishment with at least 1 year in similar position
excellent people management skills include solid connections on hiring high quality part time staff
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
hands-on experience of using MS Office application
