Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, the incumbent will assist in managing all aspects of F&B outlet area on a daily basis.
Direct and supervise staff in operations and service delivery according to established standards.
Assist in developing and implementing catering promotion.
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Diploma or above in Hotel or Catering Management or related field
3-5 years’ related experience in hotel industry
Demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the Company.
Flexible in dealing with onsite or guest’s last minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do" attitude
Create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
