Assistant Building Services Inspector (CE/ABSI)

The Job :

The incumbent is responsible for the site inspection of all building services, electrical and mechanical services works. He / She is also required to prepare the relevant documents for site inspections of the BS / E&M services installations and to monitor the site work progress of the BS / E&M services installations.

Requirement :

• Diploma or Higher Certificate or higher qualification in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and
• Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE, or equivalent; and
• At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installations
• Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
