Participate in fitting out, renovation, maintenance and repair projects
Provide technical support and advice on renovation and inspection works
Conduct on-site building inspections and condition surveys
Coordinate alterations and additions works
Prepare reports and tender documents
Assist in building plan submissions to the Buildings and Fire Services Departments
Prepare documents for Buildings Department’s endorsement
Update databases for MBIS and MWIS notices
Higher Diploma holder or above in building surveying, building technology & management or a related discipline
At least 2 year’s relevant post-graduation work experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attentive to detail, and able to meet tight timelines
