Assistant Building Surveyor

Responsibilities :

• Co-ordinate and monitor the project consultants to carry out major maintenance & renovation projects for hospitals and clinics;
• Provide professional advice to various parties and external vendors in order to comply with the statutory requirements under the Building Ordinance and other relevant legislations;
• and upgrading of building and facilities in design, contract administration and project management;
• Arrange and co-ordinate with different site works
• Handle tenant's complaints in repair and maintenance;
• Monitor the implementation of works and to ensure the projects are completed within the budget and time frame
• The major project of minor works will be handled by this role.

Requirement :

• Degree in Building Surveying or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience;
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures
