Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Banking Manager in our Business Banking Centre.


Principal responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with referral partners to solicit SME business
  • Meet new corporate customers and handle account opening procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement
  • Cross-sell diverse banking products to achieve various individual sales/business targets and contribute to that of the Team and Department
  • Provide value-added service to new corporate customers
  • Assist the Centre Manager to formulate the marketing activities and supervise junior colleagues



  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 year’s relevant experience in sales/customer relationship management, with good knowledge of SME business an advantage
  • Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and HKSI Licensing Examinations
  • Strong self-motivation, with outgoing personality and ability to work independently
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
