Assistant Business Development Manager – eCommerce



  • Drive eCommerce and O+O business growth
  • Define new business initiatives and SLA with potential partner
  • Being the project owner to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Marketing, Operations and Trading teams, to closely monitor project lifecycle from planning to execution that meets Company’s KPIs
  • Review and optimize eCommerce workflows, SOPs and website/APP functionality to obtain operation efficiency
  • Review web analytics and reporting of eCommerce platform traffic, campaign performance with recommendations


  • University graduate in eCommerce, Information Technology, Business or other related discipline
  • 5+ years' solid experience in eCommerce industry including 2 years in supervisory level, preferably with experience in handling food/grocery products
  • Dynamic, self-motivated with strong presentation skills
  • With technical knowledge of web analytic tools (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) and programming skills is (HTML, CSS) definitely an advantage
  • Good understanding of application development, web, mobile, digital commerce and solutions and their implementation cycles
