Assistant Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Executive (Smart Living)

The Job:
As a key member of our Smart Living Business Development Team, the jobholder will be responsible for the planning & implementation of business development proposals to achieve business targets for Smart Living wholesales business. Major responsibilities include:

  • Identify and define new Smart Living solutions for new residential projects in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Conduct market research and analysis to define market positioning, monitor the market trend, recommend the target pricing and formulate sales forecast for Hong Kong projects
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend business opportunities in property development and re-development sectors
  • Monitor the project cost, cash flow and profitability
  • Liaise with property developers on potential partnership, coordinate with internal parties in formulating and implementing sales & marketing plans for different projects
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and assignment

The Person:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years working experience in sales or marketing field
  • Aggressive and meticulous, with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
