We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Business Implementation Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of various business/ system implementation projects with front office, middle office, operations, technology and services etc.
  • Participate in the project tasks such as business requirement review, preparation and review of project documentation, workflow and procedure review, review and preparation of testing scope, test plan and test cases, participation in User Acceptance Test and assist in resolving relevant project issues
  • Work collaboratively with related stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Deliver training to business users when needed
  • Develop subject matter expertise in business areas/ functions in relation to the assigned projects and provide ongoing support to business users upon system implementation/ workflow implementation
  • Support the procedure manual update in regard to business / system implementation projects



  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications​​​
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking and project management, with knowledge in private banking operations, wealth management products, system/ workflow implementation etc.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset
  • Good analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills
  • Attentiveness to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
