We are currently seeking high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Business Management Manager.


Principal responsibilities

  • Support the Business Management team of Insurance Operation Department
  • To assist in coordinating the process of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and business forecast as well as Annual Technology Plan (ATP) in collaboration with business and functional units to support business and profit growth.
  • To support on the central management for Insurance on prioritizing essential IT resources among business units that ensures key strategic initiatives can be delivered in progress
  • Assist in preparation of comprehensive AOP/ forecast according to the company’s strategic direction, cost saving targets and the implementation of COO Strategy
  • Makes suggestion to improve the operation of business so as to minimize the cost of business
  • Coordinate ad-hoc HR processes such as headcount hires and reporting, etc
  • Coordinate and prepare management reports, presentations, papers and periodic updates for Insurance COO
  • Coordinate the agreement and implementation of strategic sustainability plans for Insurance, in support of the Group Corporate Sustainability function
  • Assist to organize COO office events and activities like Recognition Programme, e-newsletter, Townhall, Exchange, Share-and-learn, internal/external customized training courses etc. for top-down communication, staff engagement and staff development



  • University degree in a business-related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance and business management roles in industry
  • Possesses strong orientation, ability to think critically, and evaluate impacts of plans
  • Excellent quantitative skills to develop operational models.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure 
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
