The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales by supervising retail team and monitoring e-commerce platform. She/he will also take the lead to achieve GP and sales target, prepare monthly sales forecast and manage manpower.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive the sales and achieve business targets
  • Lead and motivate the frontline sales team to enhance sales performance and customer service by providing appropriate training and coaching
  • Manage retail manpower to optimize operation efficiency
  • Work closely with internal departments (e.g. marketing, merchandising) to drive business aggressively through various strategic promotions and incentive programs, stock level monitoring and VM
  • Develop & expand eCommerce business by managing the operations of e-shop, keeping track of emerging e-commerce trend & customers behavior evolution, coordinating eCom platform improvement plan and program launches, maintaining customer service level, directing valuable traffic etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years e-commerce or/and retail operation management experience
  • Ability to manage e-commerce platform with numerous SKUs
  • Dynamic personality and strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and online solutions
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent business analytical ability and presentation skill
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
