Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services.  Our   one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Greater China Sales Development as Assistant Business Planning and Management Manager. Candidate will specialize in specific function namely, Customer Engagement, Branch Engagement or Wealth Management Solution, depending on his/ her suitability.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist to provide creative ideas to empower frontline to engage Mainland High Net Worth customers through organizing high-end themed events, designing exclusive privileges and experiences
  • Assist in implementing customer engagement initiatives by closely working with different business units, stakeholders and external parties, while to conduct review on initiatives done and closely communicated with frontline to uplift business impact
  • Assist the team in identifying mainlander business potentials in branch portfolio and tailor coaching plan to help branches to exploit the business potential
  • Assist in conducting best practice sharing and coaching sessions to uplift branches capability in serving mainlander customers
  • Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to drive Mainlander I&I sales contribution and penetration including end-to-end process management, customer profile and market/competitors analysis, coordination with external and internal stakeholders and campaign result tracking and evaluation with frontline
  • Oversee and implement initiatives to facilitate the frontline to generate Mainlander I&I business such as sales aid and process improvement, compliance guidelines review

Requirements

  • University graduate is preferred
  • At least 2 years of banking experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, and with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
