Our client is a professional market research firm based in Hong Kong. They are now urgently seeking an Assistant Call Center Manager to lead their research fieldwork service team.

 

Main duties

  • Research project management, Fieldwork operation oriented on CATI and Recruitment fields
  • Monitor day-to-day operation of fieldwork team 
  • Provide quotation and client servicing
  • Resources management on supervisors and enumerators
  • Risk and potential crisis management

 

Requirements

  • 3 years or above related job experiences in Fieldwork of Market Research Agency / Customer Service Call center
  • Bachelor degree holder is preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently, good teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail minded
