You will: 

  • Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Call Center (including calls & interactive messaging platform) to ensure quality services are delivered and KPIs are met
  • Review and assess the current team performance in order to achieve sales target, improve productivity and service quality
  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating the team
  • Sales training, development, and performance management
  • Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
  • Monitoring random calls for quality assurance. 
  • Forecasting and analyzing business performance including call and sales data
  • A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector  

You should have/ be: 

  • Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experiences and 2 years on supervisory level
  • Strong business acumen with good communication and coordination skills;
  • Good leadership and able to motivate the team members
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to perform the multi-tasking.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in the use of computer and Internet applications
  • Proactive, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
