About the job:

  • Reporting to Department Head, he/she will lead a small team to drive sales and profitability in planning and organising commercial activities of a designated category
  • Identify and develop the best and potential trading opportunities
  • Determine target ranges with proper target price points to meet the Company’s KPIs
  • Work closely with various stakeholder, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Sales Operations and Marketing Departments, to manage and review stock level in order to avoid out of stock or overstock issues

What we look for?

  • University graduate or above
  • 6 years' or above category management experience in FMCG/retail industry, among which 2 years in supervisory role
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Buyer
