Assistant Category Manager - Sales & Merchandising

The Job

  • Handle overseas suppliers on sourcing and product development projects
  • Work closely with merchandising team on upcoming sourcing needs
  • Monitor and maintain stable stock level
  • Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners and warehouse on logistics arrangements
  • Work on various ad hoc projects


The Person

  • Degree holder in business, purchasing or related discipline with 3 years’ experience in FMCG, catering or food industry
  • Well organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibilities
  • Understand local retail market; Creative and be up-to-date on new product trends
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
  • Experience in shipping documents handling is a must
