Responsibilities

Reporting to Food & Beverage Operations Manager, the incumbent will supervise a team and be responsible for managing food & beverage bookings and coordinating with guests and internal departments on booking/event requirements and preparation. He/ she will in charge of the Restaurant and Function Booking Centre to handle guest enquiries on F&B bookings and menus, maintain the reservation logistics, prepare booking protocols/procedures, handle special booking requests externally and internally and recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering. He/ she will also handle and coordinate with both external & internal parties on special meal coupons and NGO meal arrangements. In addition, he/ she will handle administrative task such as preparing regular sales and booking reports and provide operational support to F&B events and bookings.
 

Requirements

-Degree in Hospitality/ Business Administration Management or related disciplines
-With at least 2 years’ relevant working experience at supervisory level in the field of tourism/ hospitality
-Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Good commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese
