Assistant C&B Manager | Regional

Our client, global leading luxury fashion brand, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to join them as Regioanl Assistant C&B Manager.

About The Role

Reporting to Regional C&B Manager, the Regional Assistant C&B Manager will be responsible for

  • Coordinating and managing payroll & benefit administration, employee medical and insurance plan, tax reporting and other HR reporting required by HQ
  • Participating in salary benchmarking and salary survey across the APAC region
  • Managing and implementing global compensation & benefits programs across APAC including management incentive plan, variable pay plans & insurances pooling program
  • Conducting compensation and benefits analysis advise and propose actions for management
  • Facilitating internal mobility process and developing regional mobility tools
  • Supporting C&B projects on liability analysis, cost analysis and compensation & benefits programs integration
  • Participating in budget forecast and headcount planning

About You

  • University Graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years solid C&B experience in MNC or medium-to-large corporation. FMCG, fashion and luxury retail experience are highly regarded
  • Experience in developing and managing salary structures, total rewards programs, primarily in APAC regions
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations relating to the region’s labour laws & practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skills, detail-oriented and flexible to manage conflicting work priorities
  • Action oriented and resilient with a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Multi-tasker with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
