In order to keep the daily operations and projects on the track, they would like to look for a C&B professional to join their team to support daily C&B operations.

In order to keep the daily operations and projects on the track, they would like to look for a C&B professional to join their team to support daily C&B operations.

Description

Reporting directly to Division Head, key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for a wide range of C&B strategic initiatives
  • Perform rewards management & administration, including monthly payroll processing, market pricing & job mapping, benefits programs
  • Ensure quality delivery of daily C&B activities including salary proposal, salary review, benefit review and more.
  • Initiate and support both strategic rewards management and administration activities


Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 5 years+ HR experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HK & Macau payroll/C&B experience
  • Well-versed in HK and Macau employment ordinances
  • Strong analytical and numerical sense
  • Personality wise: sensitive to numbers, detailed minded
  • Strong command in MS office, especially excel
