They are looking for an experienced operational C&B talent to join their HR team which is currently under transformation, led by an outstanding HR leader.

Our client is highly reputable global manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain company with outstanding business performance and continuous expansion. An opportunity has arisen within their business covering Hong Kong with strong market presence. Job rotation will also be applied within the team, with gives the selected candidate to gain exposure in all-round HR operations.


Reporting to a strong and strategic VP of HR, you will provide leadership and direction to the C&B function within the HR team in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for a wide range of C&B activities, including budgeting and payroll calculation
  • Lead various C&B projects including annual salary review, salary bench-marking and bonus review
  • Ensure quality delivery of daily C&B activities including payroll processing, salary review, HRIS implementation, benefit review and more.
  • Initiate and support both strategic and operational rewards management and administration activities
  • Consult, design and implement all-round C&B policies and program with timely market pricing and job mapping

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of HR experience with hands-on experience in Hong Kong C&B experience
  • With strong understanding in Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to details
  • Experience in delivering C&B initiatives in a timely and effective manner
  • Proactive, business savvy and results-oriented
  • MS Office proficiency (Outstanding Excel skill is needed)
  • Candidates with HRIS implementation experience are favourable
