Hang Seng's Unsecured Loans business offers a full spectrum of cards and personal loan products and services to customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Chatbot Digital Product Manager.


Principal responsibilities

  • Lead key chatbot technical initiatives focusing on business strategic programs
  • Work on end to end operations on an AI based chatbot product
  • Monitor and consistently improve the performance of the chatbot
  • Partner with key stakeholders and lead cross functional teams to successfully deliver initiatives to market
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and technology and suggest ways to improve the chatbot functionality



  • University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of working experience in developing digital products, preferably with AI or BOT technology knowledge
  • Good knowledge of card business is preferred
  • Strong attentiveness to detail, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
