Job Requirements

- Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years experience in engineering operations and maintenance sectors in hospitality industry

- Valid Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B0

- Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and devices, boilers, mechanical systems, and building systems and operations, contractual maintenance, construction and related services

- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

- Independent, self-motivated and good problem solving skill


Job Descriptions

- Reports to Chief Engineer, assist in planning, executing and controlling al engineering works for the hotel

- As deputy and to effectively manage the Engineering Department in the absence of Chief Engineer

- To assist Chief Engineer in leading the Engineering Department on critical activities such as E&M/Builder’s work/decoration preventive maintenance program

- To assist Chief Engineer in managing the energy conservation and cost control

- To manage and monitor the A/C units and water pumps system on normal condition

- To provide training for Engineering team to enhance their multi-tasks abilities and improve their work productivities.
