Assistant Co Sec Manager

  • Degree holder in Company Secretarial/Corporate Governance/Business Administration
  • minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in professional firms
  • ICSA/HKICS membership
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail-minded and be able to work collaboratively as a team member
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CSA software

Job Duties:
  • perform a wide range of company secretarial work
  • ensure full compliance with the statutory requirements for Hong Kong and Offshore companies
  • prepare documents in relation to company secretarial work, includingsetting up companies
  • update and maintain statutory records and registers
  • manage deadline of routine filings and holding Annual General Meetings
  • liaise with other professional parties, bankers and government authorities
