We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Manager (Debt Restructuring Team).


Principal responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to assess debt restructuring applications from customers with financial distress by offering special repayment terms or debt restructuring proposals; to perform account maintenance and provide administration supports
  • Monitor the turnaround time of debt restructuring applications
  • Ensure work quality by setting/reviewing error rate KPI so as to identify/report critical errors for process improvement.
  • Liaise and work with internal counterparts in handling of customer complaints referred by HKMA, senior management and other regulatory bodies
  • Conduct daily workforce review and coordinate the manpower allocation
  • Review performance MI and analysis to monitor in-house collection productivity and efficiency; performance of external counterparts such as external trustees, IVA nominees, lead creditors etc.



  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in debt recovery / unsecured lending and mortgage business, with exposure to credit control / administration
  • Strong self-motivation, good interpersonal, communication, credit analytic and supervisory skills
  • Good knowledge of PC application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
