You will plan, develop and implement effective leasing strategies for station shops and duty free shops at cross border stations in order to enhance the tenant mix and customer services to maximise rental revenue. You will manage the day-to-day leasing activities to meet business targets and ensure safe and smooth operation in compliance with the Corporation’s policies. You will also identify potential tenants to create portfolio value, monitor retail fitting-out works as well as develop and organise promotion activities. You will liaise with relevant stakeholders, including government officials, project managers, contractors tenants and station operations team.
You should have a Degree in Business Administration or a property-related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in property leasing and marketing, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level. Knowledge of technical provisions and station operations is an advantage. Good communication skill is required.
