Assistant Company Secretarial Officer

  • Minimum 1-2 years company secretarial experience
  • Student membership of HKICS with a degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Familiarity with the CSA software operation is preferred
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be also useful
  • Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn all facets of the company secretarial business
  • Good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • 5-day work week
  • Working location: Central, Wyndham Street

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for a wide range of company secretarial duties for our global client base, including preparation of minutes, resolutions and statutory documents of HK and offshore companies
  • Updating and maintaining corporate records
  • Ad-hoc duties delegated by the Senior Manager or Chief Executive Officer
